Fluxr Inc. (“we”) keeps this privacy policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to protect your personal information and to handle related concerns promptly. It applies to our website (fluxr.com).
1. Why we process personal information
We process personal information to answer show inquiries and send quotes.
2. What we process
The show inquiry form asks for:
- Required: name, email and message
- Optional: company or organization, and phone number
If you email us directly, we process the content and address of your email.
3. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for 3 years from our reply, then destroy it. Where a law requires us to keep information, we keep it for the period that law sets.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not give personal information to third parties unless you consent or a law specifically requires it.
5. Processor and transfer abroad
What you enter in the inquiry form reaches our email through this company:
- Processor: Web3Creative (Web3Forms, India)
- Task: forwarding the inquiry form to our email
- Destination country: United States (where its servers are)
- Information transferred: everything entered in the inquiry form
- When and how: over the network when you submit the form
- Retention: forwarded without being stored, as the processor states
If you do not want the transfer abroad, you can email us instead of using the form.
6. How we destroy it
We destroy personal information without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is met. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper is shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing. Email the privacy officer below and we will act without delay and tell you the result. A legal representative or someone you authorize can also ask for you.
8. How we protect it
- HTTPS encryption on every connection to the website
- Access to inquiry information limited to the people who handle inquiries
9. Automatic collection
The website uses no cookies and no visitor analytics. It saves only the language you choose in your browser's storage, which you can clear in your browser settings.
10. Children under 14
We do not collect personal information from children under 14.

13. Changes
This policy applies from October 7, 2026. If it changes, we will post the change on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect.
